Job Description: Retail/Shop Fitting Project Manager
Company Overview: My client is a dynamic and growing company specializing in delivering high-quality retail and shop fitting projects nationwide. With numerous offices in the UK, they handle schemes ranging from £200K to £6M. Currently, they have a strong presence in London and the South of England and are seeking a committed and experienced professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage retail/shop fitting projects across the UK, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
2. Regular nationwide travel and site work, particularly in South London, with the flexibility to work from home when appropriate.
3. Oversee trades and ensure projects run efficiently, meeting quality and safety standards.
4. Utilize knowledge of CDM regulations and retail environments to manage site activities effectively.
5. Coordinate with key stakeholders, including two directors, project managers, a contracts manager, and an operations manager.
6. Build strong relationships with trades, clients, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
1. Extensive experience in retail/shop fitting.
2. Strong working knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety in a retail context.
3. Several years of experience at Project or Contracts Manager level.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards and smooth delivery.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and progressive attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
1. Competitive salary: £50,000-£60,000 (dependent on experience).
