Airplay clubs are delivered by YMCA at 23 RAF Stations across the UK, providing a range of groups, activities and opportunities for children and young people aged from 5 up to 18. We need you to join us as the Lead Youth Worker (Station Youth Worker) at RAF St. Mawgan. Leading your team of youth workers to deliver youth and play work sessions on the last Saturday of the month and during school holidays (session delivery times during holidays may differ as you will develop a holiday programme to meet the needs of the community alongside the Airplay staff team, Young People and local RAF Community Support team). The role is for 18 hours a week and planning, preparation, and administration times can be flexible and agreed with your line manager. This is a part time role. Hours per week: 18 Working Pattern: Flexible, to include the last Saturday of each month.
