What we do CXF sells to companies in the graphic arts industries, it’s a diverse and interesting industry that we work in; our customers range from global brands to designers, printers and publishers making products ranging from drinks, packaging, books and textiles. This is a new venture for us and it's a 'first through the door' job. But we've been in this sector for over 30 years, we know 'who, what and why' and think we are on to something with our new tech partners. What you'll do We want you to talk to potential new clients to tell them about how great our products and services are, how we can improve what they make, and how they’ll save a bit of money. It'll get bigger and will need more people - so if you're up for it, as we grow, so can you. Once you get a customer, we expect you to nurture and grow them, while finding some more, they'll be your accounts so they need looking after. Part of the job will be taking and processing orders and ensuring clients are happy. In this game, customers buy consumable items regularly so great account management is rewarded with growing sales. Our business is centred around colour management software, so maybe if you are techy enough you can learn and demo it. No worries if not - we can cover that part. What we need from you This is a B2B sales position with a bit of a tech angle. Sales or customer service experience is a must and you really need to enjoy talking to people to make this work. You will need good English and Maths and know your way around Microsoft Office etc but be willing to get on the phone, get through to customers and make some sales. At times you’ll be ' The Sales Team' as the main director regularly visits clients so you’ll need to be able to get on with it. There’s no micro management here. We’re happy to talk to GenX, Y or Z, age is not a factor. We can even be a bit flexible on the hours if you need to pick the kids up; but we do expect you to have some business sales experience. Hours and pay etc. We work full time from the office, the base salary is £23,000.00 plus commission which should pay £36K in the first year, but it will be open ended based on turnover and margin. We will enrol you in the workplace pension scheme, pay 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. It's a casual dress code here, and the parking is free, endless coffee, chips on a Friday and you can print as many photos and posters as you want. Part time to fit around kids might be considered for the right person.
