As a Tutor you will be responsible for planning and delivering sessions to small groups and 1:1’s. Sessions aim to provide life skills, embed maths and English and support learners to achieve their educational goals. You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring progress, implementing support strategies and providing a safe and secure learning environment. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver sessions Monitor progress Provide a safe learning environment Manage the learning environment safely Pay rate: Pay: £25-£30 per hour Candidate requirements: An understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental health needs of young people Experience of supporting young people in education, care or other settings Ambition to work with and support young people to progress and achieve Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) Maths and English (GCSE C or above or equivalent) All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
