Complaints
* Reply to and process PAXMAN complaints and maintain complaint logs.
* Complete complaint incident forms including regulatory review for all complaints received and escalate any potential to the management representative
* Liaise with UK, US and International team following complaints.
* Ensure the customer’s return area is maintained including carrying out decontamination of returned items and initial review of products and any stock transactions
Service
* Handle the creation, updating, and closing of work orders to accurately track and document service activities.
* Arrange and manage service appointments between customers and service technicians to ensure timely repair and maintenance for all direct markets.
* Maintain service records and documentation, ensuring all activities are logged and customer information is current.
* Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing high-quality service to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
