Overview
GRAM Partners is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Executive Search Consultant to join the team. This role is focused on executing the research and process-driven elements of executive search assignments. You will work closely with Steve Finder (Managing Partner) who will present you the searches, you will not have direct client communication responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will excel at finding top-tier talent, narrowing down candidate pools, and supporting GRAM's Managing Partner to deliver outstanding results for senior-level searches.
Key Responsibilities
* Research & Candidate Sourcing : Identify and research profiles of senior-level candidates to support high-priority executive searches.
* Candidate Shortlisting : Refine candidate pools and present a shortlist of the best potential hires.
* Process Management : Own the end-to-end research process, ensuring a seamless and structured approach to each search. Whilst the roles may be different for each time, the structure to each search will be the same.
* Collaboration : Work closely with the GRAM Partners team to align on priorities and search strategies.
* Search Execution : Support 10-15 searches at a time, handling the brunt of the research and ensuring each stage is completed efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a research-heavy or sourcing-focused recruitment role, ideally within executive search.
* Strong organisational skills with a process-oriented mindset.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience engaging with senior candidates and assessing their suitability.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a slower pace, yet dynamic environment.
* A fresh perspective and interest in innovating the search process.
Compensation & Hours
* Commission: You would be looking at £30,000+ per year based on performance on top of your base salary. Commission for each search is guaranteed
* Hours: You will work West Coast USA hours - this is non negotiable (core hours 5pm-10pm)
