An exciting new opportunity is unfolding as our client are preparing to launch a children's residential service, and are seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing this facility. As the Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in supporting young individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Role Description: In this position, you will operate independently as the Registered Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the health, well-being, and overall satisfaction of the young individuals in your care. Your leadership will inspire a staff team committed to providing innovative and exceptional support to the young residents. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the staff to ensure the safety and well-being of the young people at all times. Oversee the overall management of the home, including maintaining accurate records and personal files. Drive the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans for the young residents, coordinating with relevant professionals, agencies, and families. Foster team development, empowering staff to encourage independence within the home and broader community. Conduct performance evaluations and developmental supervisions for senior care team members. Assist the care team in organizing engaging activities, outings, and extended visits for the young residents.
