Key Responsibilities: Posting of sales and purchase invoices Investigating and resolving unallocated items efficiently Reconciling supplier statements and bank statements Posting of journals Assisting with other finance-related tasks as required Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers Handling finance-related telephone and email queries Ensuring accurate and efficient use of Microsoft Excel Working under pressure and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments Key Skills: Previous experience in an accounts role Experience using Sage 50 (desirable but not essential) Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively A proactive, problem-solving approach to finance tasks Salary £24,000-£28,000 - study support further benefits
