About the job Our Partnerships Community consist of people ranging from Sales Execs, Account Managers, Account Directors and Leads connected with the common goal of helping our customers improve performance and profitability. The types of customers we partner with can vary from independent car retailers to the largest franchise retailers in the AM 100. We are looking to drive Sales enablement across our Partnerships Community. This is a new role for Auto Trader based in Manchester focusing on supporting sales and customer partnerships' capability and effectiveness. This will be done through the delivery of Partnerships training programs, inductions, and coaching improvement to embed behavioural change. Working as part of the Learning & Development team youâll be embedded in our Partnership Community to ensure a daily connection to our partners and people. This will ensure we are ahead of the curve in thinking how we support our peopleâs capability to help customers grow whilst growing Auto Trader at the same time. We want to deliver scalable behavioural change so the role will go further than training and involve collaborating and engaging with Partnership leads, and other senior stakeholders in Auto Trader to embed and drive measurable people, customer and business impact. Youâll do this by working with Leadership and the Head of L&D to gain a key understanding of what our âPartnership approachâ means. With that youâll have responsibility for the full learning lifecycle across the Partnerships Community. This includes designing learning solutions to help enhance Partnerships culture and roll out learning across teams and levels ranging from inductions to large scale product launches. In addition to the above and how youâll implement our Partnerships learning strategy, there will be some bespoke, customer specific training initiatives youâll also be responsible for delivering. This could include working with Partnerships leadership to improve capability of our Manchester and remote based people through Teams, Phone and other methods, stakeholder management coaching and coaching Account Directors to present at C level & Forums. What we're looking for Previous / current experience in a similar role in a B2B environment focussing on technology and digital products Experience of developing and implementing B2B learning programmes that have driven sales performance Evidence of using a blended learning approach based on specific people or customer needs Experience of coaching or mentoring team members in a structured way which has led to an increase in their performance An empathetic nature enables you to understand and address challenges faced by sales teams. A combined passion for wanting to develop people while at the same time still wanting to work with our customers An excellent communicator to enable you to get buy-in across various teams and levels Experience of working with Senior Stakeholders (internal and external including C-suite) The ability to influence to bring Leadership along on the journey when it comes to recommendations, approach and Learning best practice. Data driven and have the ability to use data to measure impact and influence decision making Recognised coaching qualification to facilitate coaching relationships for performance and development Familiarity with Occupational Testing methods and how to use them in developing people (eg DiSC) Benefits Weâre offering a salary between £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience, plus an additional 10% of your salary awarded to you in shares each year.
