Interim Project Administrator – Resources

Pay Rate: £22.27 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 36 Monday – Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3-4 months, likely to be extended
City: Wembley, London
We are seeking a fluent Ukrainian speaker.
Proven minute taking skills and experience is essential for this role.
The purpose of the role is to deliver comprehensive and effective administrative support to all aspects of the Refugee and Community Safety programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Information collation.
* Monitoring of projects and budgets.
* Email management and responses (within the teams and with our clients).
* Project administration.
* Data collection and processing.
* Monitoring and meeting deadlines.
* Performing checks to support our Ukraine Guests under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme.
Qualifications:
1. Good education or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in a project management or support environment.
Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
2. Experience of working in a project focused environment.
3. Proven experience of project management support, including diary management, minute taking and data collection.
4. Experience of working with confidential, sensitive or contentious information.
5. Experience of effectively handling multiple, sometimes competing agendas, meeting challenging deadlines and delivering under pressure.
6. Excellent minute-writing abilities.
7. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
8. Excellent research ability.
9. Good political acumen, understanding of the local government context and governance procedures.
10. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
