Contact Centre Executive
Droitwich - Full time office based
£22,500 - £24,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday-Friday with two weekend days per month
Our client are looking to strengthen their Contact centre team with enthusiastic individuals, who can deal with high call volumes, whilst maintaining the utmost professionalism and empathy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and convert them into appointments that meet company criteria
2. Ensure customer data is accurate, relevant information is in the correct fields, and customers are informed of appointment details
3. Forward appointment lead sheets and quotation requests to Sales Coordinator unless appointments are self-confirmed
4. Manage unconverted leads appropriately using the computer system
5. Promptly contact and reschedule appointments with customers
6. Immediately pass customer appointment cancellation requests to the relevant Sales Coordinator
7. Handle calls from existing customers, gather details of their queries, and address them accordingly
8. Collaborate with Admin Support/Contact Centre Manager to resolve queries or problems
9. Contribute to outstanding customer service delivery
10. Perform any other necessary duties
Key requirements:
11. B2C Telemarketing and call centre experience
12. Target driven and self-motivated
13. Proven track record of achieving targets
14. Good listener, resilient with a strong focus on empathy and integrity
15. Excellent telephone and computer skills, such as office applications, emails and CRM systems
