Caretaker Grade 2 £24,027 - £24,404 Full Time, Whole Time Permanent Required as soon as possible The Governors of St Oswald’s CofE Aided Primary & Nursery School in Durham City are seeking to appoint a caretaker to join this caring and ambitious school. This vacancy is to commence as soon as possible. This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of our long serving, dedicated and valued caretaker. We are looking for someone with a great worth ethic and a commitment to teamwork to take on this role and to join the St Oswald’s community. We wish to appoint someone who will take pride in caring for our historic and wonderful school building and premises. The successful candidate will become part of a committed school team. We need someone who will thrive on continuing to make the school premises a safe and well-maintained place to learn and work for all of our pupils and staff. The successful applicant will be someone who meets our essential criteria (and desirable, if possible) as outlined in the person specification for this post. Annual leave to be taken in school holidays.
