Position: IMPORT RELOCATION COORDINATOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic Import Relocation Coordinator to join a growing Team based in Brandon, Suffolk. Responsible for the coordination and administration support for the movement of goods within the UK from ports of entry.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Concentrating on the movement of goods within the UK from ports of entry
Interacting and communicating effectively with our Customers, Operations, Partners and Suppliers
Conducting and completing all pre-move assessments to delivery property, to assess delivery preferences, special requirements and access to customer homes
Handling customer complaints effectively through to complex handling via all communication methods
Identifying and coordinating customer households that require temporary storage requirements
Processing, monitoring and documenting relocation claims that require further action
Preparing and maintaining documents to represent in any unlawful detain action related to relocations
Raising POs, invoice and collect payment with no outstanding debtors
Experience & Qualifications:
Excellent customer service, telephone manner, time management & organisational skills – Essential
Strong Administration experience: data entry, problem solving, attention to detail – Essentia
Previous experience within a similar role - Highly Desirable
Previous experience within removals/ relocation - Desirable
Previous logistics/ operations experience– Desirable
Multilingual – Desirable
Excellent work ethic and professional approach
Full UK drivers’ licence is desirable due to location, however public transport nearby
