Growth Analyst
Join a profitable, design-led SaaS business as they scale their product and double down on sustainable growth. With 1,500+ global customers including household names, they’re expanding their analytics function to deepen understanding of user behaviour and product performance.
The Company
This SaaS firm supports design and development teams by removing friction in design system documentation. Now shifting into a broader design ops space, they’re focused on building a product that scales with the needs of large, distributed teams. Having turned down Series B funding to focus on profitability, they offer a stable and product-first culture.
The Team
You’ll join a small analytics team reporting into the Head of Data, collaborating closely with PMs, Engineers, Growth Marketers, and Designers. Most of the team are London-based but work fully remotely across the UK.
The Role
As a Growth Analyst, you’ll own projects that directly inform product strategy, customer onboarding, and marketing performance.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and highlight activation points
2. Running A/B tests and experiments across product and marketing journeys
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies
4. Building dashboards and tools with Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel
5. Measuring conversions from initial sign-up through to enterprise adoption
6. Analysing paid, organic, and brand marketing channel performance
Example Questions You’ll Help Answer:
1. What channels convert best from signup to active user?
2. What early behaviours predict strong retention?
3. Where are users dropping off during onboarding?
4. How do public references influence signup conversions?
Your Skills & Experience
1. Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel
2. A/B testing or experimentation experience
3. Digital product or growth analytics experience
Nice to have:
1. Exposure to DBT or tools like Hex, Looker, Tableau (not Power BI)
2. Meaningful equity in a profitable SaaS business
3. Work closely with product and commercial leads
