About the roleWe are looking for a suitably qualified, experienced Surveyor with a broad range of skills who can make an immediate impact. Utilising your solid foundation of Building Control experience, you will be a part of a busy team delivering a quality service.You will receive opportunities to develop yourself and your career within a demanding but flexible working environment.Responsibilities include:undertaking plan assessments and site inspections to a wide range of applicationsnegotiating and guiding developers, applicants, and other interested partiesdelivering an excellent, value for money service to our customerscontributing to the continuous improvement of our service and professional practiceFull membership of a relevant professional body would be advantageous. ideally you will be a Class 2a Registered Building Inspector that is interested in progressing to a higher level of registration for which you will receive full support.
