We are currently seeking enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistants with experience working in Secondary schools to join our team in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students across a range of ages, helping them thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1, small group, or whole-class support to students across various subjects.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the diverse needs of students.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
* Assist students in both their academic and social development.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in a school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
* Ability to adapt to different learning environments and work collaboratively within a team.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
