The Role As a Data Protection Officer, you will play a key role in supporting teams across Trivallis to achieve innovative best practice in our approach to information management, data protection activities and protection of personal data. You will be supporting Trivallis teams in managing our data processes to identify potential areas of risk and implement mitigations, reporting on progress to the Board Working closely with colleagues from different departments, you will enable compliance with General Data Protection Regulations, respond to subject access requests and deliver in-house training on data compliance requirements. About You We're looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual with strong IT and literacy skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow and monitor processes effectively are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with both customers and the workforce, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, is important. You should be comfortable handling a variety of operational enquiries efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A flexible and proactive approach to work is key, along with a professional, polite, and friendly telephone manner.
