About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Lloyd’s Market insurer seeking a highly skilled PMO Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working with a business that is at the heart of the insurance market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the PMO function, ensuring governance, oversight, and delivery of key projects and programs.
* Implement and maintain project management standards, templates, and processes in alignment with Lloyd’s Market best practices.
* Oversee project planning, reporting, and risk management to ensure successful delivery against timelines and objectives.
* Act as a central point of coordination between senior stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams.
* Manage program financials, resource planning, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the Lloyd’s Market.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a PMO Manager within the Lloyd’s Market or a similar insurance environment.
* Strong understanding of insurance industry operations, regulations, and governance frameworks.
* Expertise in delivering successful programs and establishing best-in-class PMO practices.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience liaising with senior executives.
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
