Job Description
* Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
* Employee Relations including sickness, performance management, D&G.
* Coaching, guiding and upskilling Line Managers on ER matters
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives
* Maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR documents
* Coordinating training and development programs
* Supporting the performance review process
* Responsible for organising and updating training matrix
* Ensuring compliance with employment law and industry regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Currently be in an HR Assistant/HR Advisor role looking for either the next step or to add to HR development
* Knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law
* Experience in a generalist role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* CIPD qualification or the desire to study and develop
* Ambition and a keen interest in furthering an HR career in the long term

* A competitive salary in the range of up to £33k
* 25 days AL + Bank Holidays
* 3 days per week minimum onsite - required onsite when business need
