Job description
A conveyancing Secretary is required to join our busy Residential Conveyancing Department in our Bawtry office. We are looking for organised individuals, confident in managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment with the ability to use their own initiative and work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be an experienced audio typist
2. Experience in property conveyancing is preferred but we will consider applicants who are willing and able to learn quickly and training will be provided
3. Deal with telephone calls in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information
4. Demonstrate good administrative and organisation skills with good attention to detail
5. Cope well under pressure, with an ability to work flexibly and cope with changing priorities
6. Take a positive and proactive approach to work, anticipating and meeting the needs of the department
