Purpose of Role
Providing full administrative support to the Senior Manager and the team of Managers across the full spectrum of secretarial and administrative functions.
Job Description
As a Business Assistant you must have experience of supporting a senior member of staff with all their diary management.
Responsibilities
1. Complex Calendar Management: Ensure seamless scheduling for busy executives and teams.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages: Confidently navigate Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
4. Accurate Minute Taking: Capture key details in meetings with precision.
5. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate multiple events effectively and efficiently.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
1. A self-starter with excellent initiative.
2. Confident and clear communicator.
3. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
4. Level 3 Business Admin or equivalent.
