We are currently recruiting a National Account Manager to manage Halfords for a growing consumer electronics brand
Our Client
Our client is a consumer electronics company who are growing so quickly they need to hire another person into their National Account team.
This company is at the forefront of AI and IoT within their category and has new product launches that will transform the way the category has operated up until now. They are a data-led business that prides itself on their lack of red tape, high levels of autonomy and the fun working culture they create. They are willing to invest whatever resource is needed in order to achieve their objectives and are more than happy to take calculated risks and make mistakes along the way.
They are a small, hard working group of people, but have fun and enjoy their successes as a team. The leadership team encourages high levels of autonomy and offers a lot of freedom to deliver targets/ objectives however the team see fit. There is plenty of support and opportunities to bounce around ideas, but there is an expectation that this National Account Manager will problem solve and take risks themselves as well.
The Role
This newly created National Account Manager will manage the day to day relationship with Halfords, one of the largest customers. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to continue the success and growth both parties have been enjoying to date.
We are looking for someone who is already operating with Halfords as they are known as such a fast-paced retailer. You could be a National Account Exec or Marketing Exec looking to step up into a bigger role with more responisbilities.
This is a home-based role but you would need to be able to travel to Halfords HQ [Midlands].
Salary
c.£55 000 with package and bonus on top.
