Overview:
We are seeking to add 2 dynamic and experienced Duty Managers to our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue. The ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality and guest services, experience at management level, and excellent leadership skills. 1 Full-time and 1 part-time role available.
Duties:
1. Report directly to the General Manager and oversee the daily operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest service delivery.
2. Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
4. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
5. Implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations and guest service best practices.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
