We’re looking for someone who is…

* experienced in Senior Housing and Property Management
* organised, reliable and confident working independently and in a team
* keen to inspire apprentices and adult learners to enable them to achieve their best
* familiar with and qualified in the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 4 Certificate in Housing
* a problem solver who is determined to make a difference.
What you’ll be doing…
* designing, planning, and delivering the Level 3 and Level 4 Senior Housing and Property Management Apprenticeships
* preparing apprentices for their End Point Assessment
* delivering other apprenticeship/adult programmes in leadership and management
* teaching both online and in person
* working with an exceptional team to maintain outstanding results and build strong employer partnerships.
