We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Channel Account Director to join our team at Microlise In this brand new role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding and expanding relationships with new and existing channel partners to drive sales and business growth. You will collaborate closely with partners to understand their unique needs, provide them with necessary resources, and ensure alignment with our companys strategic goals. We are looking for someone who has a solid background in sales and account management, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the channel sales model. If you're passionate about fostering strong partnerships, and contributing to business success through strategic channel relationships, then we want to hear from you What you will be doing: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and potential channel partners Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners? Design and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets Ensure partners have the training, resources, and tools they need to sell Microlise products successfully Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and drive partner success Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the channel Track and evaluate partner performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement Ensure partners remain aligned with the company's goals and objectives Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to both partners and internal stakeholders Lead negotiations for contracts, agreements, and partnership terms Regularly update management with performance reports and insights Assist partners with marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive engagement Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and network Oversee partner onboarding and training, ensuring smooth integration and readiness Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Provide exceptional service and support to channel partners at all stages of the relationship What we are looking for: Demonstrable experience in a senior channel sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment Strong track record of working with channel partners (distributors, resellers, or other third-party partners) to drive revenue and achieve sales goals Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with channel partners Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to close deals and secure favourable terms with partners Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adjusting strategies as needed Why Microlise?
