THALES are looking to recruit a dynamic & experienced Asset Manager to provide Supply Chain and Asset Management services to the Customer whilst complying with contractual and legal Logistics commitments. This role is responsible for managing assets in the Customer/User environment in order to meet the logistic performance criteria of the contract in an efficient manner. Whilst also identifying and developing opportunities for reduction in service delivery costs via innovation and continuous improvements of the supply process. What can we offer you? Working in accordance with Chorus 2 procedures and Customer regulations and legislation, conform to Thales and Authority quality procedures and standard practices. From a Performance perspective, manage the assigned assets to meet availability, quality and delivery requirements. Liaise with technical support personnel to ensure the relevant asset management and technical support responses to the customer and the Service Delivery Manager are achieved. Ownership and update of the Demand Management Tool Ownership and update of the Dues In Tracker Tool Responsible for the end-to-end management of Dues In Liaise on a day-to-day basis with the Customer/User representatives fostering an excellent working relationship in order to ensure Project criteria are met. Act as an escalation point of contact for the Service Delivery Manager Generate/Input to Project progress reports as required. Undertake performance measurement and reporting on asset/component supply and ensure all corrective actions are completed. Report on performance of Project requirements, forecasting, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify and manage risks and opportunities to Project Management. Review, validate and report on GFE stock holding reports. Undertake quarterly stock audits Provide support to Thales internal and Customer audits, as and when required Provide support to the AVPM for the creation of all Contract documents and plans Support/Represent Asset Management (as required) at Customer progress reviews and Management Reviews. Attend and support Team Meetings. Participate in training and development activities as identified. Who are we looking for?
