Black Sheep Utilities is a business-to-business ‘B2B’ energy procurement service. We partner with the ‘Big Six’ suppliers, plus many more, to ensure we negotiate the best utility prices for our customers and generate our own leads in-house. Every one of our customers has a named account manager who will handle their portfolio of products through the customer lifecycle to their renewal.

Black Sheep Utilities is expanding its Brighton-based telesales team and is looking for top account managers to join us!
The role itself is relatively simple: scripted, outbound B2B calls to book our existing customers in for a renewal meeting with the Sales team, ensuring we satisfy all their requirements and don’t miss any opportunity to retain business. We provide all the tools and training you need to succeed.
If you are an experienced salesperson, you are already dreaming of what you are going to spend your big bucks on, aren’t you? In return for being ‘outstanding in your field’, you will be rewarded with:

1. Have significant previous B2B telesales experience, providing an outstanding customer experience whilst carrying out business development with existing clients.
2. Be target-driven, self-motivated, and hungry to exceed your KPIs and earn commission.
3. Be resilient, able to work under pressure, and open to regular, constructive feedback.
4. Be enthusiastic about sales and able to maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day.
5. Able to read the script (word for word!), authentically striving for perfection on every call.
6. Able to commit to the flock family! We are pretty full-on, like to be social, and participate in team games and incentives!
