Corporate Receptionist & Office Support / City of London / Permanent Overview: My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city, are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis to assist with the smooth running of reception and provide office support. The role will suit someone with an organised and proactive nature. Role & Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for all visitors to the office whilst providing a friendly and warm welcome Issue security and visitor passes to individuals who attend the offices Distribute post, maintain stationery, replenish kitchen supplies and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner Ensure the reception area is always kept tidy Assist with booking meeting rooms, as well as managing courier systems Manage office expenses, submit and record invoices where applicable Assist with general administration and invoicing Essential Skills & Experience: 3 years’ experience in a corporate receptionist / front of house role Professional and can-do attitude Previous experience working for a corporate organisation a bonus Excellent organisation and IT skills Package: Salary disclosed on discussion Full corporate benefits package Fully office based, Monday to Friday Great central London offices and fantastic working environment
