Position: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £24,500 to £27,000 p/a + bonus
Working hours: Flexible hours, full or part time
My client is a successful estate agent based in Tamworth. Due to ongoing growth, they are now recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team on a full time basis.

As you’d expect, there will be a requirement to visit properties so you will need a driving licence and your own vehicle. Full mileage expenses will be paid accordingly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a Lettings Negotiator in Tamworth:
• Preparing tenancy agreements
• Updating the website and branch window displays
• Helping to achieve branch targets
• Responding promptly and effectively to phone and online enquires
• Managing client enquiries and registering their details on the system
• Registering, matching and booking viewings for prospective tenants
• Attending some local viewings and property inspections
• Managing the front office as needed
• Inputting information and updating records on the company system
• Advertising properties to let on relevant websites
• Organising repairs and property maintenance for tenants
• Accurately recording appointments, viewings and contact with clients
• There will also be a requirement to assist the Sales team as needed
Essential skills and experience for a Lettings Negotiator in Tamworth:
• Minimum of 2 years lettings experience preferably gained within a large national estate agent chain
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Motivated to succeed with a good work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• A team player
• Organised and efficient approach with the ability to prioritise key tasks
• PC literate and experienced with MS office
• Well presented, polite and approachable
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• A flexible attitude to assisting with a variety of sales and letting duties as needed
