* Role: Commercial Property Legal Support Assistant

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
* Oversee matter setup, ensuring compliance with risk procedures.
* Manage SDLT returns and Land Registry applications, handling requisitions, tracking progress, and keeping clients informed post-completion.
* Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
* Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
* Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
* Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
* Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
* Prior experience working in the commercial property space is preferable, but not essential
* Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude
* A methodical approach with an extremely high level of attention to detail, content, and presentation of work
