Key duties:
1. Build rapport and develop working relationships with connections at Kent County Council to understand their vision and workforce planning needs.
2. Arrange interviews and receive feedback as appropriate.
3. Take ownership of candidate aftercare by maintaining regular contact with the Connect2Kent worker, ensuring their timesheets are approved and they are paid accurately without delay.
4. Ensure legal and contractual compliance requirements are met before candidates begin work.
5. Provide client aftercare once a worker has started a new position, maintaining support for retention of their worker.
6. Provide each direct worker with set up details for the pay and bill system and allow access to the Candidate Portal including online timesheets/timesheet app.
7. Review all CVs received and upload qualified CVs to the Client Portal to meet the expectations of the hiring manager.
What we need from you:
1. Proven experience working within a recruitment agency, ideally in a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment.
2. Previous use of a Recruitment CRM system.
3. Ability to adapt communication style in order to suit the audience and the circumstance.
4. Proficient use of IT including Microsoft Office packages.
5. Capable of organising and prioritising own workload to deliver against multiple activities.
