Your role will cover a variety of tasks, from managing candidate compliance to advertising new vacancies and streamlining administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the compliance process during candidate registration and onboarding. Advertise job vacancies and post creative content on social media platforms. Communicate with candidates and clients via email and phone to provide updates and support. Ensure all necessary checks (DBS, Right to Work, references) are completed accurately and on time. Support candidates with timesheet completion and maintain compliance records. Proactively identify areas for improvement and streamline administrative processes. Assist in enhancing the company’s online presence, including managing Google reviews. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications and Experience Experience in a similar administrative or compliance role is desirable but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. Familiarity with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems). A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance is advantageous but not required. Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to process improvements.
