Description of Vacancy
Rosherville Repairs & Maintenance are currently seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join our new team located in Northfleet, Kent.
This role will support the Business Coordinator in all aspects of managing a busy office. Responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling works for engineers who provide all types of repairs and facilities support across a wide range of homes.
2. Recording all activity within the in-house system.
3. Assisting in dealing with incoming emergency calls from residents and clients.
4. Providing excellent customer service to customers, clients, and residents.
5. Maintaining manual and computerised systems, including inputting data and keeping records.
6. Organising meetings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
7. Researching, preparing, printing, photocopying, and distributing documents.
8. Undertaking any other administration related tasks as required.
20% paid time during working hours is given to complete training, referred to as 'Off the Job Training'.

Training Provided
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Standard - Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, together with virtual training sessions and action plans, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
