Job Description:
This role is responsible for looking at the root cause for nonstandard events and implementing remedial actions to mitigate the risk or re-occurrence. Ensuring stock inaccuracy at all stages is minimised and proactively seek out errors and process gaps and so that any anomalies in terms of stock are resolved as quickly as possible. In addition, the successful candidate will need to motivate and inspire a team of Flow Room Technicians to aim higher to meet and exceed site plan and targets!

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
* Monitoring system performance and ensuring that availability is maximised throughout
* Management of system parameters to ensure efficient flow of product throughout the systems
* Manage Customer Failure Rate (CFR) to deliver target in pursuit of 100% delivery on time, every time
* Analysis and transformation of raw business information to provide factual data summaries
* Maximise the value of the Short Interval Control (SIC) process and ensure appropriate issues are resolved
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
* A good understanding of the end-to-end process within a Distribution Centre and a detailed knowledge of all Warehouse systems, IT applications and MS Office.
* An analytical approach to problem solving and a structured methodical way of working to deliver results
* Data driven and able to utilise Excel and PowerBI to identify issues and anomalies
* Excellent communication skills and thrives in a pressurised environment, adapting to changing requirements while at the same inspiring others to achieve the team’s objectives
* Enjoys accountability as there will be the need for this role to achieve all the key performance indicators within a shift in the absence of an FDM level manager
