We are working with our client based in Kent, who is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our team and help drive the business of the cutting-edge Fireproof Panel Building System across the UK.

The company is revolutionising the building industry by offering a new concept to fireproof, sustainable building systems designed to create affordable housing for councils, housing associations, schools, and more. Their mission is to support communities by addressing homelessness and helping individuals get onto the property ladder with safe, cost-effective housing.
Role Overview:
As a B2B Sales Representative (office and field based), you will be responsible for promoting an innovative building system to councils, housing associations, schools, and similar organisations across the UK. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Travelling across the UK to meet with potential clients, presenting the benefits of our fireproof panel system (all promotional literature provided).
2. Business development and relationship-building with both new and existing clients.
3. Managing your own diary, booking appointments, and following up with leads.
4. Selling our products and services, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
5. Cold calling to develop new opportunities and generate business.
6. Visiting wholesalers and distributors to promote the company's range of passive fire products, as a leader in the UK.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in business development and sales within a similar role is essential.
2. Ability to manage your own schedule and appointments effectively.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. A clean driving license is preferred (must be over 25 to drive the company vehicle).
5. Flexibility for overnight stays when required (hotel accommodation and expenses covered).
Benefits:
1. Basic salary £30,000 to £35,000 p/a dependant on experience, plus commission.
2. Company car, laptop and mobile phone provided.
3. Hotel accommodation and expenses covered for any overnight stays.
4. Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5:30pm.
