We’re looking for a Senior Project/Account manager with a passion for marketing. This role sits at the heart of everything we do for our clients, helping to deliver results driven marketing campaigns based on your client’s business objectives, and maintaining exceptional day-to-day client relationships. At TMP you’ll be busy straight from the off, developing an excellent understanding of our clients’ objectives, and ensuring campaigns with a wow factor are delivered consistently to brief. You’ll manage your projects to deliver on budget, on time, guiding the team and our clients through large scale and complex delivery.
What you will do:
1. Act as the campaign manager for a large scale, always on, B2B demand engine program for a large mobile and broadband network services company.
2. Be client facing, acting as the single point of contact for the client across this program
3. Co-ordinate our internal team of Demand Generation specialists, data and reporting experts, building and managing a strong team dynamic.
4. Manage and track program finances as part of a retainer
Requirements
5. Experience of driving campaign process, with the ability to understand data and reporting to ensure the team deliver against campaign KPIs.
6. Experience of managing Demand Generation/Sales Activation Campaigns
7. Excellent team leadership, people management and communication skills
8. Ability to problem solve and work through challenges
9. Be able to travel to the East Hendred office once per week to meet face to face with the core team.
10. Evidence of delivering successful marketing campaigns in response to complex business challenges.
11. Experience in managing key client and partner relationships and comfortable communicating at Manager and Director level.
12. Proficient with IT including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and project management tools.
