A new opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Account Executive to join a small team due to expansion. We are seeking candidates who are fluent in German to work within a busy role, where you will be the first point of contact for their EU customer base. The role will require you to liaise with customers by telephone and email to support with various queries regarding their sales orders. As a German Speaking Account Executive, you must be prepared to attend some trade shows within Europe throughout the year.
Job Description for the German Speaking Account Executive:
Answering queries from customers by telephone and email regarding various orders
Providing quotes to customers with the aim of converting new enquiries into sales orders
Identify customer requirements to advise on available products, offering a variety of choices
Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance sales and ensure customer retention
Regularly update the CRM database
Translate documents and support with marketing activities
Attend trade shows throughout the year with overnight stays required Candidate requirements for the German Speaking Account Executive role:
Must be fluent in German – written and spoken
Excellent communication and listening skills
Previous customer service and administration experience
Must be sales focused
Be able to work independently and work to deadlines
Willingness to undertake training to be able to grow with the team
Excellent IT skills – experience using a CRM system Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum + Bonus
