About the role
The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program delivery on the United utilities account, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning through to successful implementation. This includes coordinating resources, managing timelines, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
What will your day look like
Assist in the development of short- and long-term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes.?
Assist in the management of operations including budget development, modifications, and track expenditures.?
Assist in monitoring the programs financial health and make recommendations.?
Assist with the development of communications strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness.?
Assist in managing client expectations.?
Develop and maintain account level programmes?
Develop and track account programme performance
Reporting opportunities and forecast pipeline costs?

About you
We are looking for a Programme Manager with experience in a similar sector such as Utilities, Civils, or Construction. A Project Management qualification or relevant time-served experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a background in Estimating, Operational Delivery, or Commercial roles, and experience working within a Bid team, whether in writing or coordination. If you have the skills to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Experience of working within a contractually driven environment, desirably with NEC knowledge or experience. and can demonstrate experience in using planning or programming software such as MSP/Primavera or Fieldworker.
