Temporary Administrator
Location: Leeds City Centre
Duration: Various contracts from 1 - 6 months - Immediate start
Salary: £13 per hour - weekly pay
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Search recruitment currently has a number of Leeds based temporary Admin roles, we are looking for hard working, reliable and dedicated candidates who can help our client through a very busy period!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize office files and documents
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails
* Schedule appointments and meetings
* Assist with data entry and record keeping
* Provide general administrative support to the team
* Assist with viewings for properties when needed
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous administrative experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
