About the role
A Cover Supervisor in a school is responsible for overseeing and managing classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Their role involves ensuring students remain on task with the work set by the teacher, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing support to students as needed. They may also help with administrative tasks, assist with student behavior management, and ensure a safe and productive learning environment. While Cover Supervisors do not typically teach new content, they play an important role in keeping lessons running smoothly and supporting the overall functioning of the school.

* Degree or Higher in relevant field
* At least 1 year teaching experience to Secondary age pupils
