Job Title: Registered Nurse - Days
Salary: £23.79 plus incentives
Hours: Part-Time - 7am-7pm, 2 days a week (will include some weekends)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities for Nurse:
• Work with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and other trained nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Support carers with personal care and daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and eating.
• Administer medication, update nursing care plans, maintain accurate daily records, and complete mandatory and additional training.
• Promote residents’ choices, dignity, and independence, assist with managing the care team, and ensure care plans are regularly updated and evaluated.
Essential Requirements for Nurse:
• Relevant professional qualification - Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD).
• Minimum one year of experience in a nursing home setting.
• Experience in writing person-centred care plans.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home.
Preferred Requirements for Nurse:
• Three years of experience in a similar role in a nursing home.
• One year of experience caring for residents with dementia.
