We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Cell Operator to join our team in Dinnington. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring our Parts Cleaning Machines are refurbished up to standard and ready to be delivered to our UK and European customers. You'll manufacture, repair, assemble, test, and fault find our machines to ensure a high quality of machinery.

Job Responsibilities for our Manufacturing Cell Operator:
* Assembling a range of our brand-new machines to a high-quality standard.
* Repairing and refurbishing machinery as directed.
* Following quality checking guidelines to ensure machine production is up to standard.
* Implementing and following health & safety procedures at all times to ensure safety and efficiency.
* PAT testing and fault finding on all machines.
* Ensuring all tools, equipment and the workplace are maintained in good order.
* Active participation in, and contribution towards continuous improvement projects.
* Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved, and escalate if there is risk to meeting these targets.
Skills/experience required:
* Mechanical background is essential.
* Tig & Mig Welding experience.
* Worked in a manufacturing or repair environment.
* Electrically competent in PAT testing & fault finding is advantageous.
* Familiarity of 3-phase industrial machinery is advantageous.
* Familiarity with mechanical and various fasteners/fixings.
* Industrial experience with some experience in a technical environment is desirable.
* Reasonable technical skill, ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
