We require a Technical Sales Engineer Essentially you will need: Valve an/or rotating equipment market knowledge A technical sales background with a positive, can-do attitude. A natural ability to build relationships with strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Solid experience in internal sales and stock control, with a proactive approach to projects BEng, HND, HNC, or similar in Mechanical or Automation Engineering is advantageous, but not essential. The role: Working within the global valve market, dealing with clients' requirements Strengthening and building client relationships Providing knowledgeable technical support and resolving customer questions, concerns, and product issues with confidence. Managing and processing customer enquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience. Following up on high-value quotes and gathering feedback to drive insights for the team. Using our in-house systems for accurate documentation, project tracking, and reporting. Coordinating sales projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery that exceeds customer expectations. Maintaining thorough records and ensuring customer certification requirements are met at each stage. Collaborating with suppliers to uphold delivery timelines and efficient stock management. Bringing a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to team meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
