A client of ours in the Kelvedon area is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying 25,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. This is a new role due to business growth and will be working in a finance team of 4.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
* Answering Incoming calls
* Assisting in client queries
* Liaising with suppliers
* Processing new business applications
* Credit checking
* Processing payments
* Chasing overdue debt
* Reconciling supplier invoices
* Daily bank reconciliation
* Invoicing
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Assistant position:
* Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
* Experience in using Sage 50 (desirable)
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office packages
* Previous experience working in an accountancy role
