Pay Rate: £28,011 per annum (£14.36 per hour)
**Hours: **Full Time - 37.5 Hours per week
Shift Patterns: Earlies: 7.30am-3.30pm & Lates: 2pm-9.30pm - Must be flexible to work both shift patterns and weekends.

About the Role:
As a Care Team Leader, you'll join a committed team that delivers high-quality care and support. This pivotal role involves:
1. Provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times.
2. Provide on- call cover as arranged by the service manager, working within on call guidance.
3. Assist the Service Manager in inductions, supervision and management of those managed by this post with particular regard to service standards and quality of service delivery, dealing with conduct and other issues arising in accordance with the Charity’s policies.
4. Support people with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices enabling them to take control of their own lives, increasing independence
5. Ensure all personal care tasks are carried out in line with the needs, wishes and preferences of the individual, following the person centred plan.
6. Contribute to / attend reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings.
7. Administer medication in line with the policy and the individual’s care plans.
About you:
In order to be considered as a Care Team Leader with us, you will need:
8. A kind and caring nature with a passion for enriching lives.
9. A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a nursing home environment, coupled with leadership involvement.
10. Level 3 in Health and Social Care or Equivalent required
11. Experience administering medication
12. Experience completing and updating care plans
