Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or tech unit graduate. 4 years of practical experience developing distributed systems Experience driving feature design reviews, documentation, UX reviews, and working with Product Managers through the entire launch process Strong development experience in Java, C++, C#, or similar OO languages Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals Practical familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures Good understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL), storage and distributed persistence technologies Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle) Experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules Expertise in applying threat modeling or other risk identification techniques to develop security solutions Experience and understanding of Cryptography, DDoS, CVE, CIS, SAST, DAST, or similar security and compliance knowledge LI-DNI As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process. Build and maintain services that provide customers with data security, flexible access, vulnerability detection, and remediation following industry best practices such as CVE and CIS. Address the challenges of reliability and performance, ensuring systems can scale to handle significantly increased traffic patterns. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture and operational processes. Ensure the continuous integration and deployment of code with rigorous testing protocols to maintain high standards of quality.
