Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Director who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and can lead our team to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced High Street environment.
The ideal candidate will have the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all staff members.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience, with additional benefits including a competitive bonus structure, career progression opportunities, and professional development support.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of services and high standards of quality.
* To lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* To manage inventory, supply chain, and procurement processes to maintain cost-effectiveness and minimize waste.
* To work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
