Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a professional Carpenter. The role is primarily based in Hereford, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing a range of carpentry tasks including framing, finish carpentry, and using both hand and power tools. Daily tasks will involve measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials, as well as installing structures and fixtures. The Carpenter will also ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentry
* Experience with Framing techniques and practices
* Skilled in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
* Detail-oriented
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Effective communication and team-working skills
* Relevant certifications and training are a plus
