The Role
We are looking for a motivated and tenacious individual with great relationship building qualities, is solutions driven and pragmatic, and is incredibly motivated with excellent communication skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Internal
1. Work with SNAM to deliver retailer strategy
2. Update and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts indicating risks and opportunities
3. Weekly analysis of retailer sales reports sharing qualitative and quantitative results
4. Negotiate annual JBPs with the retailers
5. Delivery of agreed sales and profit targets
6. Manage trade spend effectively, ensuring to drive brand awareness whilst maximising profitability
7. Budget building and delivery
8. Manage promotional planning along with the marketing team to ensure profitable growth and optimum NPD buy in whilst respecting brand values
9. Monthly promotional analysis in conjunction with Finance Team including recommendations to deliver improved return on future promotional investment
10. Oversee the supply chain within the account through forecasting and delivery
11. Participation in key business meetings such as forecast validation, NPD and brand meetings, presenting a review of account performance identifying challenges and opportunities as appropriate
12. Other ad hoc activities to drive sales
13. Lead category performance
14. Cross functional monthly retailer meetings to review performance
15. Develop strong networks and partnerships across all relevant departments with all accounts
16. Ensure consistent excellent service to retailers delivering a best in class approach
17. Collaborative creation and delivery of JBPs with retailers
18. Review sell out performance and take appropriate action as required
19. Update on market and competitor activity within all accounts
