Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a wonderful opportunity for a Teacher of ICT and iMedia to join the staff team at one of our partnership Secondary Schools based in Wakefield (WF5). The full-time role is expected to commence September 2025 and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant. Your role will involve shaping the ICT curriculum to meet the diverse needs of pupils, ensuring alignment with industry standards. You will have a deep interest in the attainment of pupils at every ability level and show vigour and initiative. The ICT department at the Academy are an outstanding team of professionals who are vibrant and forward thinking and welcome new team members with creativity and imagination to bring the subject to the forefront. The Secondary Academy offers an ICT department that consists of ICT, iMedia, Business and Computer Science across Key Stage 3 and 4. They value challenge and active participation, you will have a strong interest in the subject and a passion for pursuing excellent outcomes for all pupils within your care. We welcome applications from experienced Teachers, you can expect to earn up to £230 per day depending on experience.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
